Three steps to help you solve chocked up with small pellet feed machine

In the use of small pellet feed machine production pellet feed may occur the ring die jam phenomenon,the causes of ring die pellet feed machine jams are many.When the ring die die hole blockage,The operator first don't panic.Here are the common used methods to solve feed pellet machine hole plug.

1.If the die is blocked badly,can the appropriate use of small electric drill to drill a aggregate of plugging in the die(under the circumstances,must grasp well,or you may damage the ring die).

2.The appropriate put some oil on the small pellet feed,have the effect of smooth ring die,and then let the material to be squeezed out slowly.
3.Can also try the heated to a certain temperature(is generally around 70 degrees),placed in air cooling,then tap on a ring die slowly,make the jam from the small ring die of pellet feed machine be squeezed out of die hole.
